In 1989 Rebecka was freed from her drug addiction. In 2008 she was introduced to Celebrate Recovery, began working in a sober living environment, and found her passion and purpose for helping men and women live a clean and sober life. She has spent 14 years working in sober living homes, with men coming out of prison, and in a veteran treatment facility. In 2021, she took the position of Program Director with Land Manor's newly formed G.L.A.S.S. Program. In this time, she has worked tirelessly to grow and strengthen her program, build upon community relationships, and be a foundation in the lives of women in recovery and their children.

Tina has served two terms in the United States Air Force, where she worked in the field of Social Actions: Substance Abuse. Since 2006 she has worked with youth struggling with substance abuse in a correctional facility, as well as adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. She has been with the G.L.A.S.S. Project since it's start in 2020 as the Linkage Specialist, which involves connecting women to resources and support systems. Tina enjoys helping others live a joyful and stable life, free of substance abuse, one day at a time.

Roxanne is in long-term recovery from substance use, a survivor of domestic violence, and a lifelong resident of the Golden Triangle. She strongly believes that each person has a unique journey to recovery and works with them to discover their own path. Roxanne has a passion for helping others cope with challenging emotions, face limiting beliefs, and set appropriate boundaries that protect their sobriety. She uses her experience, strength, and hope to help others see that recovery is possible. She believes you should never underestimate the power of holding space for another human being.

Emily Helmick is a single mother who has overcome domestic violence and substance abuse. She is an alumni of the G.L.A.S.S. Project that she now so proudly works in. She came to Beaumont with nothing but a backpack to enter Land Manor's Franklin House North for treatment. By being teachable and open to help, along with the resources she was set up with, she has now built a life worth living. By accepting and utilizing the healthy support systems developed throughout the recovery journey, she - and her two children- now thrive. Emily is highly dedicated to spreading the love and compassion that helped her get to where she is today.
