At Land Manor Wellness Centers, every staff member plays an essential role in delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals on their path to recovery. Our multidisciplinary team is built on collaboration, professionalism, and a shared commitment to guiding clients toward lasting wellness.
Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers take the lead in mental health service delivery. They provide in-depth assessments, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based counseling to address co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. Therapists play a central role in developing treatment plans, facilitating individual and family therapy, and supporting clients in addressing the root causes of addiction and behavioral health challenges.
Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDC) & Counselor Interns
These professionals are the front line of clinical support. They provide daily interaction with clients through treatment planning, group therapy, educational workshops, and one-on-one counseling sessions. LCDCs and counselor interns work closely with the therapeutic team to ensure that every client has the structure, tools, and encouragement necessary to succeed in recovery.
Kitchen Staff & Cooks
Nutrition is a vital part of recovery. Our kitchen staff and cooks prepare healthy, balanced meals designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of clients. They create menus that are both nutritious and comforting, reinforcing the role of wellness in the recovery process.
Recovery Advocates
As entry-level direct care staff, Recovery Advocates provide daily supervision and support for clients. Their responsibilities include maintaining a safe and structured environment, offering encouragement, monitoring client activities, and providing transportation and offsite supervision when necessary. Recovery Advocates often serve as the first point of contact and a steady source of guidance during treatment.
Clinical Services Managers
Each location is led by a Clinical Services Manager who oversees day-to-day clinical operations. These managers must hold at least an Associate’s degree and LCDC credential, or a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field. They coordinate staff efforts, ensure compliance with program standards, and serve as a vital link between leadership and frontline clinical teams.
Peer-to-Peer Specialists / Recovery Coaches
Certified Peer Specialists or Recovery Coaches
These positions bring lived experience and professional training to their role as case managers. They walk alongside clients in recovery, offering mentorship, encouragement, and practical guidance from the perspective of someone who has walked a similar path. Their role is crucial in bridging the gap between treatment and real-world recovery, helping clients build confidence and long-term support systems.
Together, these roles form the backbone of Land Manor’s mission: delivering whole-person, evidence-based, and compassionate care to individuals and families seeking recovery in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.
