Valencia Haskell
Clinical Services Manager

Valencia Haskell Land Manor Wellness Centers

Valencia Haskell, a Beaumont, TX native, is a passionate leader in the field of addiction recovery and a tireless advocate for quality, client-centered care. Her journey began as a resident of Land Manor Franklin House South, where she transformed her own struggles into a deep commitment to excellence in service. In 2024, her unwavering dedication culminated in her appointment as Program Director—a role in which she leads with both lived experience and professional expertise.

An alumna of Franklin House South (2010), Valencia has devoted her life to helping others reclaim theirs. Her early recognition by the Beaumont Rotary Club with the Vocational Excellence Award in 2012 reflected not only her passion but her consistent delivery of high-quality, impactful care. In 2013, she earned certification as a faith-based clinical counselor through the International Institute of Faith-Based Counseling, specializing in anger management—further reinforcing her dedication to offering evidence-based, ethical, and compassionate support.

Valencia’s educational path is a reflection of her tenacity and pursuit of excellence. Overcoming significant barriers—including homelessness and leaving high school—she earned her Associate’s degree in Occupational Studies from ICDC College in 2014 and became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in 2016. These achievements laid the groundwork for her role as a trusted leader and mentor in the recovery field.

In 2021, Valencia was instrumental in the creation and implementation of Land Manor’s Glass Project, one of the first recovery initiatives in the region focused on women and children. Her attention to policy, structure, and outcomes helped establish a model of care rooted in dignity, safety, and empowerment.

Valencia’s personal life is equally marked by resilience and grace. After marrying in 2012 and tragically losing her husband in 2021, she continued to meet life’s challenges with courage and heart. Though she never had children of her own, she has lovingly raised two nieces and a nephew, proudly claiming them as her own. In 2025, she looks forward to remarrying and stepping into a new chapter with hope and renewed purpose.

A true champion of quality care, Valencia continues to set a standard of excellence in every aspect of her work. Her leadership is defined not only by her experience but by her unwavering commitment to elevating the standard of recovery services and empowering others to rise beyond their circumstances.
