Insurance & Payment Options
Insurance
Land Manor currently accepts most commercial PPO insurance plans. Our admissions team can quickly verify your coverage and help you understand your benefits.
Veterans Services
Eligible Veterans may receive outpatient services through the VA Community Care Network (TriWest) with an authorized VA referral.
State-Funded Treatment
For individuals without insurance, treatment may be available through Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) funding, depending on eligibility and program availability.

Referrals through OSAR
Some individuals may be referred to Land Manor through the Outreach, Screening, Assessment, and Referral (OSAR) system based on eligibility criteria established by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
The first step for admission through this pathway is contacting the OSAR team and requesting a referral to Land Manor.

Notice of Priority Populations for Placement
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) have established priority placement for individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment in the following categories:

Pregnant individuals who inject drugs

Pregnant substance users

Individuals who inject drugs

Individuals identified as being at high risk for overdose

Individuals referred by the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS)

Individuals experiencing housing instability or homelessness
If you are a member of one or more of these priority populations, your admission to treatment may be prioritized.
