Tamara Shaikh holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Behavioral Health. In her role, she is deeply passionate about helping individuals discover hope, healing, and the possibility of new beginnings.
Her professional journey reflects a commitment to working with people from all walks of life, though her heart is especially devoted to those in recovery from substance use. Having grown up in a family impacted by addiction, Tamara made a personal decision early on to live differently—to pursue a path of resilience, healing, and faith. This experience has profoundly shaped her calling, fueling her dedication to guiding others as they break free from cycles of pain and discover their inner strength to live fulfilling lives.
Tamara’s work is grounded in compassion, empathy, and her faith in Jesus Christ. She believes in meeting individuals exactly where they are, walking alongside them with understanding, and fostering a safe, supportive environment where growth and transformation are possible.
